Insomniac Games is hosting its own Marvel's Spider-Man 2 panel at next week's San Diego Comic-Con, but it looks like the two web-slingers have reached the city ahead of schedule. Spotted on the city's subway system, carriages are being covered in promotional material for the upcoming PS5 game, featuring the key art and October 2023 release date. Take a look at it below, captured by @SD_Comic_Con.

If you had any fears of a delay, it appears Sony is in a little bit too deep now, plastering the release date all over the San Diego district for residents to see. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 isn't the only IP taking over the subway system either, with ads for Audible series Impact Winter and Futurama spotted.

When the first-party developer does make it to SDCC on Thursday, 20th July 2023, it shall host a panel named Symbiotic Relationships, presumably focusing on Peter, Miles, and Venom given the title. When Marvel's Spider-Man was being promoted, a story trailer was revealed during its SDCC 2018 panel. Therefore, there's precedent for the same to happen next week for the sequel. The game launches for PS5 on 20th October 2023.
