With the PS5 release of Remnant II right around the corner, the game's Platinum Trophy requirements have made their way online. While it's the Xbox Series X|S list of Achievements we are pulling from, the PS5 version will have the exact same digital trinkets. They don't seem all that difficult looking from the outside in — have a look on Exophase.
You will need to meet a variety of characters and kill a whole host of bosses — presumably, this is all tied to main story progress — then acquire up to 20 melee weapons and 30 guns. There will also be Trophies for crafting weapon mods, upgrading Boss Weapons, and earning Scrap. Due to the endlessly replayable nature of the game, it's unlikely any single Trophy will be missable.
Remnant 2 releases for PS5 on 25th July 2023, but an Ultimate Edition grants three days of early access, starting this coming Saturday. Are you excited about the sequel? Plot your way to the Platinum Trophy in the comments below.

Devs are lacking transparency here! So many questions out there regarding the performance on consoles, whether or not a 60fps mode exists, but they keep just silent and ignoring totally. This is somehow concerning, and given the story with the previous game on this regard.. hope it will not be a 30fps only mode at launch..
Good good, the original had a really nice trophy list to accompany the game (that was great in its own right). Doubt I’ll be playing this at launch as I just have so much on the plate right now… but I’ll be buying it for sure… and looking forward to squeezing it into the already stuffed schedule at some point.
I still need to play the first game, as I heard its pretty decent.
Talking of platinum, I literally just unlocked the Ragnarok platinum a few minutes ago on give me no mercy. Really enjoyable game
Only played the prequel to the first one Chronos. But it was fairly enjoyable and own the 1st Remnant.
It could actually be quite tricky in the first game to meet certain bosses, because of the random nature of how the world's were generated- you'd never know exactly who you'd have to fight until you loaded in. Not to say that's a bad thing (I liked the uncertainty and the fact that bosses could be a bit random!), just means it wasn't as straightforward as initially seemed.

Can it be played solo or it is just co-op only?

@Tatarimokke if it's anything like the first one, you can play solo but it's a LOT harder, that was my experience with the game anyways
@Tatarimokke I beat the game Solo and loved it definitely a good challenge. Think Dark Souls with Guns
Day 1 for me even if I don’t get to it right away. I want to support devs like this and games of a smaller A style. First one I stuck about 60 hours in before moving on.
Man, I hope this arrives on PS Plus Extra someday, so I can convince friends to give this a chance to. Would love to play this in coop.
I remember the grind for the Remnant Platinum. Oof. I had to play the city level about 100 times just for a particular ring to spawn. Hopefully it's a bit more reliable this time
